She spent twelve years as an Account Executive with Old Republic Title Company, where she developed deep operational knowledge of title processes, transaction management, and client service across a wide range of real estate scenarios.
Drawing on more than two decades of hands-on industry experience, Denise brings a practical, solutions-oriented approach to every transaction. She is known for her ability to anticipate challenges, communicate clearly with all parties, and guide clients through complex closings with confidence.
In addition to her professional work, Denise serves as Chair of a Real Estate Alliance Group focused on education, collaboration, and technology—bringing together industry professionals to share knowledge, strengthen relationships, and advance best practices across the real estate community.
In her role at Landtrust Title, Denise prioritizes building strong relationships with her clients and ensuring each transaction is handled efficiently from start to finish. Her focus is on delivering accurate, timely results while helping clients navigate the process smoothly—regardless of the complexity of the deal.
