With over 25 years of experience in title insurance, Rosa Castañeda brings her expertise to Landtrust Title Services as an Account Executive based in our Gurnee/Lake County office. Rosa began her career in 2000 as a coordinator at a prominent national title insurer, progressing through roles such as closing coordinator and title insurance closer. Most recently, she excelled as an Account Manager at Near North Title.
Fluent in Spanish, Rosa actively engages with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and currently serves as the 2024 President of the Lake County Chapter of NAHREP. She has also contributed her leadership to the Lake County Chamber of Commerce and Hispanic Lake County Chamber of Commerce.
Passionate about ensuring every client feels at ease throughout the home buying and selling process, Rosa is known for her dedication and expertise. Beyond her professional achievements, she takes pride in her roles as a wife, mother, and grandmother, and has completed seven marathons.
